Is it me or is the Gallante skill a bit useless? A reduction in assault rifle dispersion? If I'm honest a range, fire rate or maybe even a dispersion growth rate reduction would be a hell of alot more useful.

Yep. I agree. Really think Regulators and ferroscale armour needs buffs. Kinda think though that reactive armour should get a rep rate of 1/2/3 as well.
